Sara Viezzer is presently pursuing a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology at the South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust. In her capacity as a trainee clinical psychologist, she engages in specialist placements, collaborating with diverse borough clinical groups and therapeutic orientations

Sara is a psychology graduate of the University of Bristol and the University of Padova. She previously worked as an Assistant Psychologist in the fields of neuroscience and health psychology.

She is passionate about promoting mental health awareness and believes writing can inspire positive change in the individual and improve well-being outcomes
