Highlights

Miss Ioanna Stavraki is a British Psychological Society (GMBPsS) member with a background in the scientific publishing industry, NHS service development, community well-being, and postgraduate teaching.

Her main areas of work include:

  • Development, facilitation, and delivery of an innovative NHS well-being network based on Recovery, Asset Based Community Development (ABCD), and Coproduction across the West Berkshire region.
  • Student support and assignment grading for the University of Malawi’s MSc “Organizational Psychology” program
  • Start-up management, growth strategy planning, social media and communication channels campaign design, educational content creation, quality assurance, and staff line management.
  • Direct experience working front line across all population ages, providing a mixture of group support, 1:1 work, and psychoeducation.

In 2020, Miss Stavraki obtained an MSc in Applied Neuropsychology from The University of Bristol with a distinction classification. She investigated neuroanatomical relationships, using overnight sleep recordings, between scalp-observed EEG electrical activity and extracted fMRI white matter tracts in an older adult cohort.

Miss Stavraki has been awarded both The University of Reading and the University of Bristol employability awards (“RED Award” and “Bristol Plus Award” respectively), for her volunteering and professional work supplementary to her academic responsibilities.
