Anna is a mental health freelance writer and editor specializing in mental health and psychology. Her work includes collaborating with organizations and apps to advise on and create content related to psychology, mental health, meditation, and hypnosis.

She is passionate about helping people to maximize their potential and offers hypnosis and mindfulness sessions.

For 10 years, Anna has worked in the mental health sector and supported people who struggle with their mental health. Her roles have included working in the National Health Service, therapeutic work in in-patient and community care, in a prison service for men with personality disorders, and managing a co-production project at Mind.

She completed a BSc in Psychology at Goldsmiths University of London with first-class honours and a Master of Mental Health (psychotherapy) at the University of Queensland, Australia with distinction.

In 2017, she received a Diploma in Solution-focused Hypnotherapy (DSFH) accredited by the renowned Clifton Practice as well as a Hypnotherapy Practitioner Diploma (HPD) accredited by the NCFE and awarded through the National Council for Hypnotherapy.

Her long-standing personal passion for yoga and other spiritual practices led her to complete the Sivananda Yoga Teacher Training Course in India in 2016.
